Benedicte possesses a unique ability to communicate and quickly connect with students, regardless of instrument or ensemble. This is built upon a profound love for music, extensive international experience and documented success with students ranging from young talents to master's level, and masterclasses at renowned institutions such as Mozarteum and Korea University of Arts. She offers a holistic pedagogical approach with a particular focus on profound score and musical understanding. Her approach is shaped by, and draws upon a unique combination of Hungarian, German and Spanish musical traditions. Some even call her "hard core", digging straight into the details that matters.

In addition to her regular work at MUSIKENE, Benedicte is frequently invited to lead masterclasses in Spain, the rest of Europe, and Asia. She also opens her home to young, professional musicians and ensembles from Spain and abroad, meticulously preparing them for concerts, competitions, recordings, and more. Annually, she holds masterclasses in Stavanger as part of the PALKO & Co project.
